Well seeing as I have been to the GYM three times a week for nearly two months now I thought It would be a good idea if I tracked my progress which hopefully will keep me on track!

- Body Hydration : 55%
Current Stats : 04/01/2010
- Weight : 11.2St
- Body FatĀ : 16.5%
- Body Hydration : 60%
