Been to the GYM four times this week, think I went a little overboard and might cut it back to the usual 3 days and push a little harder over the three rather than stretching it over four.

- Weight : 11.5St ( +0.2st)
- Body Fat : 16.9% ( +0.4% )
- Body Hydration : 60.5% (-0.8%)
