Been to the GYM four times this week, think I went a little overboard and might cut it back to the usual 3 days and push a little harder over the three rather than stretching it over four.

Current Stats : 18/01/2010

  • Weight : 11.5St ( +0.2st)
  • Body Fat  : 16.9% ( +0.4% )
  • Body Hydration : 60.5% (-0.8%)

Have to admit, I didn’t get to the GYM nearly enough as I wanted this week but had some personal issues to attend to, hopefully i’ll get back on track this coming week!

Current Stats : 11/01/2010

  • Weight : 11.3St ( +0.1st)
  • Body Fat  : 16.5% ( No change )
  • Body Hydration : 60.5% (+0.5)

Well seeing as I have been to the GYM three times a week for nearly two months now I thought It would be a good idea if I tracked my progress which hopefully will keep me on track!

Starting Stats : 20/11/2009

  • Weight : 12.2St
  • Body Fat  : 19.4%
  • Body Hydration : 55%

Current Stats : 04/01/2010

  • Weight : 11.2St
  • Body Fat  : 16.5%
  • Body Hydration : 60%
